The Benefits of High Nutritious Foods

In the article about Pregnancy and Nutrition before, I said that a pregnant woman must pay attention to nutrition content of foods they consumed every day. Nutritional deficiencies can give a bad impact for both pregnant women and for her fetus.

What foods have high nutritional content? I have written too, in the article. Here I want to describe the benefits of the foods that contain high nutrition for the health. Hopefully it can be used as a pregnancy eating guide during your pregnancy.

Apple
Benefits of apples are: prevent cholesterol, reduce symptoms caused by indigestion, and prevent excess fat. Eating two apples a day can reduce the pain due to arthritis, rheumatism, and gout (uric acid metabolism disorder to cause pain in joints).

Garlic
Garlic can help prevent heart disease, high blood pressure, prevent blood clotting, causing heart attacks, fight various infections, stomach disorders, and cancer prevention.

Onion
Onion useful to regulate the circulation system, a powerful antibiotic, to help the healing disturbances in the chest and abdomen, urinary tract infections, arthritis, rheumatism, gout, and scrape the fat in the blood.

Yogurt
Yogurt is useful for treating stomach disorders, such as constipation and diarrhea.

Milk and Cheese
Milk and cheese are rich in calcium. That’s why they are good for health, although sometimes milk and cheese bad for patients with sinusitis and those who are allergic to milk. For migraine sufferers, is not advisable to consume cheese, as well as skim milk, and semi-skimmed including children under five.

Pasta
